Biography

Michael Taieb has over 12 years of experience in corporate taxation. Before founding IC AVOCATS, he practised in the tax departments of TAJ (2005) and Arsene Taxand (2006–2013).

He assists operational companies and investment funds in direct taxation (corporate income tax), indirect taxation (VAT), and local taxation matters in French and international environments.

He has extensive transactional tax experience including fiscal acquisition audits, acquisition and sale structuring, and executive tax matters covering management packages, expatriation, and repatriation.

Michael Taieb is a member of the IACF (Institut des avocats conseils fiscaux).
